We want you to love your ALDO purchase, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return unworn merchandise in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Place your unworn items back into their original ALDO shoebox or packaging and include the original packing slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label, securely attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
